A quick read of the symptoms helps us send the right help.
Dim or no dashboard lights, a single click or fast clicking when you turn the key, and headlights that barely glow.
You left the headlights, a dome light or an accessory on, or the car sat unused for weeks. That's a classic jump-start call.
Lights are bright but the engine won't crank, or it cranks normally and won't fire. Call us and we'll talk through what you're seeing.
How it works
Jumping a car the wrong way can damage electronics or cause sparks near the battery. We handle the connections, so you don't have to flag down a stranger with cables.

Tell us your vehicle, where it's parked and what happens when you turn the key.
We come to your vehicle with jump-start equipment. Just pop the hood if you can.
We connect to the correct terminals in the correct order and get the engine started.
Leave the engine running and drive a while so the alternator can recharge the battery.
Good to know
Tennessee weather is hard on batteries. Summer heat speeds up wear, and cold mornings expose weak batteries. Both can leave you with a car that won't start.
Jump start FAQ
No. We provide on-site jump-start assistance only. If your battery is worn out, a jump may get you going for now, but you'll need a replacement from a shop or parts store.
Not always. If the battery died because a light was left on or the car sat for a while, a jump and some driving may be all you need. If the battery is old or failing, it may die again. Many auto parts stores and repair shops can test it for you.
Drive long enough to let the alternator recharge the battery. Many drivers are advised to drive for at least 20–30 minutes, ideally at steady speeds rather than short stop-and-go hops.
Some hybrids and EVs have a 12-volt battery that can be jump-started using specific terminals, and some have special procedures. Tell us your make and model when you call so we can confirm.
Rapid clicking often points to a weak battery, but it can also be a starter or connection problem. Describe the sounds and dashboard lights on the call. We'll tell you whether a jump start is likely to help.
